As a relative and strategic advantage, it was decided that our firm will establish a division dealing with economic analysis of administrative law, since administrative law, as well as regulatory guidelines, is part of the life of every individual and every firm.
Thus, for example, any payment of a levy or municipal tax, in a small or large amount, or alternatively consideration of city plans or a national building plan in the construction of a construction project, to substantial reports to the tax authorities and/or technical reports to the Commissioner of New Construction and Sale according to the Sales Laws, etc, contain a multitude of administrative and other normative components which there is an obligation to take into account.

Moreover, our firm also has experience in managing legal cases with crucial questions of principle in the field of administrative law and the conduct of authorities, both local authorities and government ministries, relating to a large number of different litigants as well as having a high media profile.

In addition, it should be emphasized that Adv. Mordechai Haim Markovich has experience in managing cases before the court relating to huge budgets of local authorities and receipts deriving from the power of laws, regulations and bylaws, including class actions, including defense against class actions.
