Real estate is a fascinating field that encapsulates a significant combination of administrative law, the economic analysis of the law and financial components. Our office handles the initiation and accompaniment of real estate and construction transactions, including preparation of complex sales transactions (buildings, lands, increased building rights, building rights mobilization, etc.). The legal accompaniment provided by our office refers to both second and first hand sales transactions, ranging from small, privately negotiated asset transactions to large and extensive property transactions that require legal and financial integration from the outset, alongside close legal guidance from the early planning stages: elimination of programs and/or filing of notice regarding violation and expropriation if necessary, handling contractors, balance payments, financial regulation, guarantee by law and so on.
Our office gained profound knowledge in the formulation of development agreements, letters of undertaking, deeds of indemnity and various agreements, including agreements concerning payment of betterment charges, project funding and promotion of zoning land-use programs. Simultaneously, we handle different assessments imposed by various authorities (law enforcement and/or collection and/or refunds), such as betterment fees, sewer fees and appeals committee and appellate courts representation.
In addition, our office deals with all areas resulting from tender laws related to real estate and infrastructure, at times by eliminating tenders and/or winning if necessary. Concurrently, we provide full service legal counsel to tenders committees, prior or subsequent to winning the tender, as well as during the process of dispute resolution arising from the actual execution of the conditions stipulated in the tender and other agreements related to it.
